該如何點飯店的早餐呢?

各種蛋的說法

 旅遊時常遇到想吃的早餐卻不知道該如何點餐?

尤其是"蛋"!!

服務生會問您:

Would you like one or two or three?

Whites only or with yolks?  

Scrambled, poached or fried?

Sunny side up or over easy? 

或是

How you’d like your eggs?

 這時該如何回答呢?

1. Scrambled Eggs 炒蛋

Hard Scrambled 乾炒蛋 (水分很少)

Soft Scrambled 軟炒蛋 (水分較多)

2. Poached Eggs 水煮嫩蛋

3. Omelet  西式蛋餅

您可以依你的喜好加入: mushroom, ham, onion, tomato, cheese, bacon, green pepper等。

如果不知道要加入哪食材，可以直接說everything，將所有食材都加入。

4. Hard boiled Eggs 硬水煮蛋 (蛋黃熟的)

Soft Boiled 軟水煮蛋 (蛋黃汁會流出)

　

  

5. Baked Eggs 烤蛋

6. Sunny Side Up Eggs  太陽蛋

7. Deviled Eggs 魔鬼蛋

8. Over Easy 荷包蛋 (蛋黃不要熟，還可以流出蛋黃汁) 

Over Medium (蛋黃有熟蛋是還有點蛋黃汁)

Over Hard (蛋黃熟的)
